Welcome to BotBhai ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide an AI-powered automation platform for businesses. This policy explains how we handle data processed through our integration with Meta platforms (Messenger), automation workflows (n8n), and Artificial Intelligence providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini).

2. Information We Collect

Business Account Data: Name, email, and authentication tokens required to manage your account.
Meta Platform Data: Page IDs, Page Names, and Page Access Tokens provided via Facebook Login.
Customer Interaction Data: Message content, timestamps, and sender profile names from your connected Facebook Pages.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to facilitate the following automated services:

AI Response Generation: Analyzing message context and generating replies using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Workflow Automation: Routing data between your Facebook Page and our database to create orders or update inventory.
Service Delivery: Sending composed replies back to the Messenger API.

4. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We transfer data to the following third-party service providers to function. We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place where applicable.
