1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Business User") and BotBhai regarding your use of our AI automation platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

BotBhai provides business automation tools including:

• Multi-Model AI: Text and image processing using OpenAI and Google Gemini models.
• Workflow Automation: Data routing and processing via n8n integration.
• Channel Management: Unified inbox for Facebook Messenger and other Meta platforms.

3. AI & Automation Disclaimers

A. AI Accuracy (Hallucinations)

Our Service utilizes third-party AI models (including OpenAI and Google Gemini). You acknowledge that:

• AI models are probabilistic and may generate incorrect, misleading, or offensive information.
• BotBhai does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated response.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI interactions with your customers.

B. Automation Reliability

We use n8n for workflow orchestration. While we strive for high availability, automations may occasionally fail due to API outages at Meta, OpenAI, or Google. We are not liable for business losses (e.g., missed orders) caused by such outages.

4. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights to share your customer data with our sub-processors (OpenAI, Google, n8n).
• You will not use the Service to generate deepfakes, spam, or content violating Meta's Usage Policies.
• You will maintain valid admin access to any Facebook Page connected to the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTBHAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
